Immigration Physicals
Dr. Jakob is a Certified Immigration Civil Surgeon with years of experience and thousands of successful exams. At Total Family Healthcare, we take pride in rapid scheduling and accurate packet completion. Currently, immigration physicals cost $300 up-front, however depending on labs or vaccines placed at the visit, additional fees may apply. Please visit the website below to preview what vaccines may be required for you, however any vaccination orders will be discussed at your physical before they are ordered.
If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk to our doctors after our regular hours, please call Total Family Healthcare at (352) 394-4237. A doctor is on call 24 hours a day. Your call will be returned as soon as possible. Our doctors do not provide prescription refills outside of business hours.
