Prescription refills for established patients of Total Family Healthcare are routinely issued during our regular office hours. You may request a refill using our patient portal or by calling Total Family Healthcare at (352) 394-4237 during business hours. Prescription refill requests are normally processed within three business days. It is very important to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
At Total Family Healthcare, we accept a number of insurance plans. We are in network with Medicare Part B, Devoted, most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans and most Cigna plans. Please contact your insurance company to verify your plan benefits, or you may call our office at (352) 394-4237 to find out if we accept your insurance plan. If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or deductible, these fees will be collected at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept cash, card, and check.
If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk to our doctors after our regular hours, please call Total Family Healthcare at (352) 394-4237. A doctor is on call 24 hours a day. Your call will be returned as soon as possible. Our doctors do not provide prescription refills outside of business hours.
